Gracia is a Policy and Practice Associate at IPA Tanzania. She supports Tanzania's policy and practice activities on early childhood education. She is a formally trained lawyer with seven years of experience working with international organizations, including the International Organization for Migration (IOM), where she was supporting the implementation of multi-country projects. Gracia has a Master's degree in International Migration and Refugee Law from the University of Dar es Salaam.
