Grace Msichili is IPA Zambia’s Senior Survey Coordinator. She has been in the world of research since 1996 and has been with IPA Zambia since its inception in 2010. She works on all projects and her roles involve assisting RAs with the recruitment and training of field staff, field monitoring, handling IRB issues and maintaining databases for key partners and field staff. Before joining the world of research she worked for a bank for seven years.
