Xorla Adzoyi manages the implementation of the Extension Intervention of one of IPA's agricultural studies in Northern Ghana where he manages relationships with project partners such as the Department of Agriculture, oversees content development and manages activities of field teams. Prior to joining IPA, where he has worked on multiple projects, he worked as a Field Business Facilitator and Monitoring & Evaluation Officer developing commodity value chains, offering technical agronomic training and capacity building to smallholder farmers. Xorla holds a BSc. in Agriculture from the University of Ghana, Legon.
