Frank Odhiambo is a Policy Manager for IPA Kenya. He previously served as IPA-Kenya's Research Manager. Frank has over 7 years of experience managing development research across different sectors including water, sanitation and hygiene, entrepreneurship, tax compliance, micro-finance, emergency response, and urban resilience. As Research Manager, he oversaw a portfolio of impact evaluations across the health and micro-entrepreneurship sectors. Prior to joining IPA in 2015, Frank worked for four years with private and nonprofit organizations in Kenya, notably with Concern Worldwide, in the areas of sanitation, hygiene, urban resilience, and urban livelihoods. Frank has strong conceptual and analytical skills, with proficiency in Stata, R, Python, and Excel. He holds an M.A in Project Planning and Management.
