Frank previously worked as a Procurement and Logistics Officer at Africa Non-Profit Chore (ANCHOR) and BRAC Uganda; MSF_EPICENTRE Mbabara Research base as Logistics Officer. Frank is a graduate of Makerere University and holds a Bachelor's degree in Commerce (Procurement option) and a Chartered Institute of Purchasing and Supply certification (Level 4). He is committed to professional career development and learning from challenges. Acquiring new knowledge is his motivation.
