Francis Meyo is IPA Kenya's Senior Policy Manager. In this role, he leads IPA Kenya’s policy impact strategy, focusing on creating and managing high-impact opportunities to use evidence in decision-making. Before taking up the policy role, Francis has worked on a variety of research projects e.g. the Rural Electric Power Project, the General Equilibrium Effects of Cash Transfers just to mention a few. Francis is interested in the education, health and financial inclusion spaces. Francis holds a BA in Economics and Political Science from Vassar College.
