Federica is Research Manager for agriculture and rural development projects in Ghana. Before joining IPA in 2017, she has collaborated with international institutions like FAO, World Bank, and WHO on thematics related to poverty and inequality measurement, agricultural development, gender equality, rural labor market, and food health. Federica holds a Ph.D. in Economic Theory and Institutions from the University of Rome “Tor Vergata.”
