Farida Nafissatou Tarama has been working within IPA Burkina Faso since early 2016 when she joined as an Adminstrative Assistant. She holds a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources from the Aube Nouvelle University, Ouagadougou. Prior to IPA, she worked with the Millenium Challenge Account through the Louis Berger Group in Burkina Faso. She is currently pursuing a Master's degree in Human Resources.
