Eugenia has extensive grants and program management experience with John Snow, Inc. (JSI), International Fertilizer Development Centre (IFDC), and Campaign for Female Education (Camfed) on USAID and other internationally-funded programs. Eugenia holds a Master's in Development Management from the Ghana Institute of Management and Public Administration (GIMPA), and a Bachelor's degree in Economics & Geography and Resource Development from the University of Ghana, Legon.
