Estefanía is a Research Analyst at IPA Colombia. In this role, she works on projects in the education sector, conducting data collection and analysis for impact evaluations. Previously, she supported impact evaluations in migration, early childhood, and mental health. She also teaches an Introductory Microeconomics class at Universidad de los Andes. Before joining IPA, she was a Research Assistant at Colombia’s Central Bank and at the Center for Economic Development Studies (CEDE). Estefanía holds a BA in Economics and a minor in Law from Universidad de los Andes. She is currently pursuing an MSc in Economics from the same university.
