Research Coordinator
Emily Cook-Lundgren manages randomized evaluations in Nairobi and Nyanza, working closely with academic researchers, local staff, and implementing partners to oversee field work and ensure adherence to research protocols, timelines, and budgets. Her portfolio includes projects related to women's economic empowerment and early grade reading. Prior to joining IPA in 2013, Emily worked on strategy and policy for the International Center for Research on Women in Washington, DC, program development and monitoring with Mercy Corps in Niger, and in higher education administration domestically. Emily holds a MS in Foreign Service from Georgetown University and a BA in Psychology and French from the College of Saint Benedict.
