Elizabeth is the Director of IPA's Entrepreneurship & Private Sector Development (EPSD) Program. In this role, she leads the development of strategic partnerships, fundraising, policy engagement, and dissemination for the Program. She has previously worked with the World Bank Group and the Centre for Microfinance, India. She holds a Master's degree in Public Administration in International Development (MPA/ID) from Harvard University’s John F. Kennedy School of Government and a Master's degree in Economics from the Delhi School of Economics.
