Elizabeth Carls works with field staff and academic researches across countries to build and analyze datasets and assists in writing policy reports and academic papers. Before joining IPA, Elizabeth worked at organizations across fields, including the United States Embassy in Chile and Bain & Company in Washington, DC. Elizabeth graduated from Stanford University in 2015. She was elected early to Phi Beta Kappa and holds degrees in Economics (Honors) and Public Policy.
