Elettra Legovini provides managerial and research support to a portfolio of agricultural projects in Ghana’s northern regions. Specifically, her projects look at the impact of increased access to drought-indexed insurance, e-extension, agro-inputs and irrigation schemes on smallholder farmers’ yields and incomes. Elettra joined IPA in 2013 as a Project Coordinator leading the implementation of the Disseminating Innovative Resources and Technologies to Smallholders (DIRTS) project. She holds a dual Master’s Degree in International Affairs from Sciences Po Paris and Columbia University's School of International and Public Affairs (SIPA), and a Bachelor’s Degree in Politics and International Studies from the University of Warwick.
