Eleanor Dickens works as a Program Manager with the Small & Medium Enterprise (SME) Program and is based in Washington, D.C. She supports SME projects in Latin America, policy outreach efforts and partner engagement, and the development of the SME Program's replication and scale-up agenda. Prior to joining IPA, she worked in data analysis, evidence synthesis, and policy dissemination for the International Initiative for Impact Evaluation (3ie). She holds a Masters degree in International Economics and International Law & Organizations from The Johns Hopkins University School of Advanced International Studies (SAIS). She holds a BA in Political Science and a BA in Anthropology from Kansas State University.
