Edwin Milambo works for IPA/J-PAL as a Policy Associate to support the Ministry of General Education in Zambia in their implementation of a remedial education programme known as the Catch Up programme. His roles include leading the Ministry of General Education and implementing NGO capacity building regarding training of master trainers, mentors and school teachers, and leading revision of classroom activities, materials and assessment. Edwin has worked as a class teacher, development worker and education programme officer for various organisations, including Council of Churches in Zambia, UNICEF and USAID. He holds a diploma in education from Kwame Nkrumah Teachers Training College, BA Hons degree in community education from the University of Huddersfield and a master of education in literacy and development from the Zambian Open University.
