Dylan Knaggs is a Senior Research Associate at IPA Zambia. He serves as the RA on IPA Zambia's Public Service Allocation project. In this role, Dylan works with government partners to collect and analyse administrative datasets, and understand more about issues the government faces in the allocation process and how they can be overcome. Dylan also provides technical support across projects, including survey programming and running daily data quality checks. Before coming to IPA, Dylan worked for the City of New Orleans Office of Performance and Accountability. Dylan holds a BA in Mathematics and Political Science from Marlboro College.
