Doug Kirke-Smith oversees IPA's portfolio of projects in Rwanda. Doug has been working for NGOs based in East and Southern Africa since 2008 with experience working in research, health, gender, education, child protection, and agriculture spanning 11 countries. Doug joined IPA Rwanda in 2017 and is an FCA Chartered Accountant.
