Dimitri Berenstein handles IPA's grants in Kenya, Tanzania and Ethiopia. He had previously managed grants and research programs for the R&D Division of the Israeli Ministry of Defense, led projects and developed content for an educational start-up, and did strategic research and analysis at a business services company. Dimitri lives in NYC, enjoys obscure food festivals and is addicted to audio books. He holds two BSc degrees from Tel Aviv University, in Chemistry and Medical Sciences.
