Dean Arcega is a Data Management Supervisor at IPA Philippines. He works on piloting digitization of massive judicial administrative data, making it usable for court management and impact evaluation. He has been working with the Supreme Court of the Philippines to evaluate the impact of three judicial reforms: eCourts, Small Claims Procedures, and Continuous Trial Guidelines. Dean holds a BA in Political Science from the University of the Philippines.
