David served as an Associate Program Manager for IPA's Applied Research & Methods group, supporting the Poverty Measurement Program and Research Methods Initiative. Prior to joining IPA, he worked as a researcher for multiple think tanks in Mexico and later as an independent consultant in public policy. David holds a BS in Business Engineering from ITAM and an MA in Social Sciences from the University of Chicago.
