David Cowell manages a grants portfolio for IPA's projects in West Africa. Prior to joining IPA, he worked as the coordinator of Food Security activities with the Peace Corps in Benin, West Africa from 2009 to 2012. David has an MS in Applied Economics through the Trinity Nonprofit Management Fellowship Program at Marquette University, and a BA in Psychology and International Relations from Boston University.
