Damien Munyandekwe holds a bachelor's degree Rural development, obtained from the University of Technology and Arts of Byumba. Damien has over 6 years of experience in field work and projects Monitoring and Evaluation and over 7 years in teaching. Currently, he is a field manager of the Educate! Project in IPA,

Prior to joining IPA, Damien worked with different institutions and NGOs including MINEDUC, MINALOC , MINAGRI, SNV , J-PAL, Incisive Africa ,Laterite Africa, Sagaci–Research , TechnoServe and Save the children.
