Damien Kirchhoffer is the Country Director of IPA Uganda. Previously, Damien worked as Child Health Program Director for the Clinton Health Access Initiative (CHAI) in Uganda where he led a program aiming at increasing availability and utilization of lifesaving medicines and diagnostics in partnership with the Ministry of Health, key government health agencies and private partners. While at CHAI, Damien also supported other country offices and programs, notably in Ethiopia and the DRC. Prior to joining CHAI, Damien was the Head of International Programs for a child development non-profit in Paris. Damien holds an MSc in International Political Economy from Grenoble Alpes University and a Msc in Management from EDHEC Business School.
