Cyrene is a Finance Manager at IPA Philippines. She previously served as a Field Coordinator for the Philippines Socioeconomic Panel Survey (PSPS) phase in Capiz province. She executed data collection for government agencies such as DSWD, DOLE, and PSA. She also worked on the IPA-ICM project and IPA-NWTF project as a Field Officer in 2015. Cyrene holds a Bachelor of Science in Agricultural and Biosystems Engineering and a Bachelor of Secondary Education Major in Mathematics. She graduated as a Leadership Awardee and a consistent scholar of the Sugar Regulatory Administration (SRA).
