Cristhian Pulido is a Senior Data Manager for IPA's Global Research and Data Science team. In this role, he leads GRDS' Research and Data Knowledge workstream, aiming to equip staff with technical and practical skills to support and manage IPA research projects. Prior to rejoining IPA, Cristhian was a Research Analyst at the International Food Policy Research Institute in Washington, DC, studying food value chains, digital financial services for agriculture, and the effects of health and weather shocks on household decisions. He also served as a Research Fellow for the University of Oxford's Blavatnik School of Government and has held research positions at the World Bank, the University of Sussex, and IPA Colombia, where he first worked as a Senior Research Associate. Cristhian has an MSc in Development Economics with distinction from the University of Sussex and a BA in Economics from the Universidad Javeriana.
