Cornelius Saunders works on the ICM Character Development Among the Ultra-Poor in the Philippines. He is recent graduate of Yale University where he earned a BA in Global Affairs and Economics. Along with his academic studies, Cornelius was employed as a research assistant at the Yale School of Management. His previous work experience includes internships at OPVS Group (a Singaporean hedge fund) and Investec Investment Bank in London.
