Chibesa Chipongoma is the Human Resource and Operations Associate for the IPA Zambia Country Office. Her role involves coordinating human resources processes and protocols, managing vendors, overseeing procurement and running office operations. She also oversees and organises travel, hotel bookings, airport picks-ups and conferences for the IPA Zambia office. Previously, Chibesa worked at Medecins Sans Frontiers (Doctors without Borders) in various finance, human resources and administrative roles. Chibesa holds a BA in Business Administration from the Cavendish University of Zambia.
