Cephas Samwini is a Research Associate on the Testing Agricultural Technologies project in Tamale, Ghana. He holds and MPhil in Agribusiness from the University of Ghana. Prior to that he had his undergraduate studies in agriculture (economics option) at the Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology. His interests include agricultural productivity and efficiency analysis, agricultural finance, animal husbandry, and statistics and data analysis.

He has previously worked with the International Food Policy Research Institute (IFPRI), the Savanna Agricultural Research Institute (SARI), Wa and at the Laboratory of Animal Anatomy and Physiology, Agricultural University of Athens.
