Catherine Segal manages the daily financial operations in the New Haven office. Prior to joining IPA in 2012, Cathy worked in the nonprofit sector for 13 years. She has an MS in Business Management and a BA in Business and Accounting from Albertus Magnus College in New Haven, Connecticut.
