Caroline is a Research Coordinator at IPA-Tanzania, responsible for managing the country office's research team and expanding portfolio of projects. Caroline previously led the implementation of large-scale impact evaluations focused on financial inclusion, youth employment, and women's economic empowerment in Tanzania. Prior to joining IPA, Caroline worked in business management and strategy at Citigroup in New York and with the United Nations Capital Development Fund (UNCDF) in Tanzania. Caroline holds an MPA from Columbia University’s School of International and Public Affairs (SIPA) and a BA in Economics and History from Colgate University.
