Carlos is currently working as a Research Associate for the project Militarized Policing to Reduce Homicides and Other Violent Crimes, having previously worked on the project "Learning to See a World of Opportunities" and in a consultancy for the "Guild of Pension Fund Administrators" project in Colombia. Before IPA, he was a Research Assistant and a Teachers Assistant at the Economics Faculty and the School of Government at Universidad de Los Andes. He also worked as an intern at the Central Bank of Colombia. Carlos holds an MA in Economics and a BA in Economics and Political Science from Universidad de Los Andes.
