Bob Mweetwa is a Field Manager at IPA Zambia. Bob holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Demography with a Minor in Development Studies and certificates in Monitoring and Evaluation, Survey Data Analysis using Stata, and Quantum Geographic Information System from the University of Zambia.

Prior to joining IPA, Bob worked as a Monitoring Assistant for the World Food Programme and also tutored undergraduate courses at UNZA. As a Monitoring and Evaluation Assistant for UP Zambia, Bob developed project plans and supervised program execution, analysis, and monitoring and evaluation.

Bob has a keen interest in using evidence-based processes in demonstrating the impact of development interventions and supporting the scale-up of best practices. Bob believes in innovation and improved M&E systems.
