Ben Simuyandi is a Policy Manager for IPA and J-PAL Africa in Lusaka. His role is to support the Ministry of General Education to scale up a Teaching at the Right Level intervention. He has previously worked for the Department for International Development in the UK and the Ministry of Finance in Malawi. Ben has an MSc from the University of Nottingham.
