Arturo Gonzalez coordinates the field implementation of the Ceasefire strategy. He has collaborated with IPA for the past year on several components: Photo Journal, Mystery Shopper and now Ceasefire, which are part of the project "Building Effective, Resilient and Trusted Police Organizations in Mexico". He has collaborated in the design and development of instruments for data collection, implementation of qualitative instruments, and the subsequent analysis of information. He holds a degree in Social Anthropology from UAM Iztapalapa.
