Arthur Sagot-Duvauroux is the Policy and Project Development Manager for IPA Francophone West Africa (Burkina Faso, Côte d'Ivoire, and Mali) as well as IPA Sierra Leone & Liberia. He started as an intern and then a consultant within IPA on Policy and Project Development activities. Arthur studied Intercultural Relations and International Cooperation at the University of Lille III.
