Arthur Baker is the Research Coordinator for the Sierra Leone office. He works on project support and development, and manages studies in governance and health. He is currently working on a study on inter and intra-party election debates in Sierra Leone and an evaluation of Ebola recovery work in Sierra Leone and Liberia. Prior to IPA, Arthur worked on research in Kenya with Evidence Action. He has a BAEcon Politics degree from the University of Manchester and a Graduate Certificate in Economics from Birkbeck University.
