Before starting as a Field Manager for IPA Côte d’Ivoire in February 2016, Arouna Kouassi accumulated a wealth of experiences as a supervisor on several data collection projects. In particular he worked on a World Bank funded evaluation of a youth employment project implemented by the Ivorian Government and on the evaluation of a socio-economic integration program implemented by the International Rescue Committee (IRC). Arouna Kouassi graduated from the University Félix Houphouët Boigny with a Diploma of Advanced Studies in Development Economics.
