Areum is currently a Research Coordinator, based in IPA's Myanmar country office. She is responsible for analyzing survey tools from multiple countries and running predictive modeling to create a financial health assessment tool. Areum holds a Master's degree in Specialized Economic Analysis from Barcelona Graduate School of Economics and a BA in Economics from Yonsei University in Seoul, South Korea.
