Anna Segura Llado works on the Flexible Credit Study in Barranquilla. Before joining IPA Colombia, she was an intern in IPA Uganda, in the Local Political Accountability project. During her time in Africa, she also worked for Social Impact and Warwick University, participating in two different projects. Anna studied Economics in Universidad Autònoma de Barcelona and has an Msc in Economic Development and Growth from Universidad Carlos III de Madrid and Lunds University (Sweden).
