Ana I. Grigera is an anthropologist trained at the University of New York (New York University) and the University of Panthéon-Sorbonne (Université Paris 1 Panthéon Sorbonne). She has dedicated her studies and career path to the practical integration of interculturality in public programs and policies aimed at health, conflict resolution, migration, education and economic development. She currently works as a consultant specialized in territorial development with identity in the Gender and Diversity Division at the IDB offices in Panama. Ana transversely supports various sectors of the IDB (road infrastructure, health, education, economic development, among others) to strengthen the participation of indigenous peoples in the formulation, design, and execution of operations and public policies.
