Amber Davis works with the Financial Inclusion Program. She develops new projects on savings, credit, insurance, and digital payments. She also coordinates outreach to local researchers--supporting research methods workshops, implementing a research partnership program, and writing policy pieces. Prior to joining IPA in 2013, she worked with USAID, at the World Bank, and at the Inter-American Development Bank. Amber holds a BA in Public Policy from Stanford University and an MA in International Relations and Development Economics from Johns Hopkins University School of Advanced International Studies.
