As the Research Associate for Quality and Training, Alyssa coordinates IPA's internal Institutional Review Board and organizes IPA's Global Staff Trainings. Prior to joining IPA, she conducted fieldwork in Johannesburg, South Africa for J-PAL Africa. She received her Bachelor's of Science in Foreign Service from Georgetown University in 2015.
