Alhassan Mustapha is a Senior Field Officer with the Dissemination innovative Resources and Technology to Smallholders (DIRTS) implementation project dubbed the Community Extension Agents (CEA) and the Community Survey Assistant (CSA) projects. joined IPA in 2012, on the Graduating from Ultra Poverty (GUP) project as a back check Auditor. He has worked in various projects as a Team Leader including; Incentive To Save (ITS), Dissemination innovative Resources and Technology to Smallholders (DIRTS) Annual survey and DIRTS Knowledge and Practice Survey (KPS). He has pursued a Higher National Diploma Certificate in Marketing at Tamale Polytechnic and also holds a BA of Management Studies from the University of Cape Coast, Ghana.
