Alex is a Senior Field Manager at IPA Uganda and is currently working on the Community Policing Project. He has close to 10 years of professional experience in research management. He hold a Master's degree in Human Rights from Makerere University Kampala Uganda and a Bachelors in Arts in Economics also from Makerere University.

He has worked on several projects, including Increasing Access to Financial Services for HIV/AIDS Patients in Uganda, Aid Data, UNICEF Accountability Project (UAP), Community Health Project (CHP) Village Enterprise, Grow Project, SMS-Arua, VSLA, The Financial Incusion Tracker Survey (FITS) SALSA, CHIMPS, and others.
