Alejandra is currently working as a Research Associate in the project "Impact of the Special Permit of Permanence (PEP): A Survey of Venezuelan Migrants in Colombia to measure the impact of a large-scale regularization program." She also worked as Research Analyst in the project “Young Adult Compliance with COVID-19 Mitigation Policies in Bogotá.” Before assuming her position at IPA, she was a Research Assistant at Fedesarrollo and The Democracy Observatory at Universidad de Los Andes. She also worked as an intern at the Central Bank of Colombia. Alejandra holds a BA in Economics from Universidad Nacional de Colombia and is currently completing her MA in Economics at Universidad de Los Andes.
