Ahmed Bilal Hakeem oversees a portfolio of impact evaluations in micro-entrepreneurship, cash transfers, agriculture technology, health, and governance. Prior to joining IPA in 2014, Bilal worked for five years with various public and private organizations in education, social welfare, and development finance, in the US, Republic of Georgia, and Pakistan. He holds an MPA from the University of Texas at Austin, and BA in Politics and Economics from Lahore University of Management Sciences.
