Abdul-Kahad is an Associate Research & Project Development Manager at IPA Ghana, bringing expertise in research, stakeholder engagement and project management. He leads new project development and research initiatives, driving evidence-based policy and programmatic impact. He holds a Bachelor of Education in Educational Psychology and a Business Commerce degree from the University of Cape Coast. Additionally, he earned a Higher National Diploma in Accountancy from Tamale Polytechnic and holds certification in Monitoring and Evaluation from GIMPA and Project Management from the British Council (Ghana).
