Rebecca writes policy publications and supports policy partner, funding, and stakeholder management. Prior to joining IPA, Rebecca worked for non-profits based in the U.S. and South Africa and a public relations consulting company. Rebecca has a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Vassar College and Master of Philosophy in Justice and Transformation from the University of Cape Town.
