Dalyo is a Data Associate on the Global Research & Data Support (GRDS) team. In this role, he works on the creation and organization of training materials. He also gives direct technical support to country offices. Before joining IPA, Dalyo worked as a Research Assistant for the Higher Institute of Population Sciences at l'Université Ouaga 1 Professeur Ki-Zerbo. He holds a Bachelor's degree in Statistics and Computer Science from the Université Nazi Boni and a Master's degree in Statistics and Business Intelligence from L'Université Alioune Diop de Bambey.
